How the game works

The game has a full help guide inside it, and Lady Aria’s guided tour can be replayed any time from General, then Management. How the game plays and your first week cover the basics here.

Reporting a bug

Email [email protected] or post on Discord. Include your in-game name, your phone model and what you were doing when it happened; a screenshot helps most.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds go through Apple or Google. If coins or VIP time you paid for did not arrive, email us with your in-game name and the purchase date.

Your account
